- Industry Consolidation (Buy & Build) - Multiple acquisitions, with strategies that will lead to operational synergies and create an enviable competitive positioning for the business - with the end game of selling to a larger industry player.
- Accelerated Organic Growth – Providing capital and focusing management on developing existing and new markets more aggressively through, for example, better targeted marketing, major account acquisition or international expansion.
- Undervalued Small/Micro Cap ASX Listed Companies – Taking a strategic block investment in a public company requiring capital for a particular purpose (usually to get them to the next level of growth), with a management team that is looking for hands-on investment partners to help them fast track their grow and create liquidity in their stock.
